Individual support for adults
Hubbie’s home support team will support you where needed, at home or elsewhere in Brussels.
You decide on the what and the how, we will always act accordingly together.
Onze persoonlijke assistenten bieden praktische hulp
PARTNERSHIPS & PROJECTS
Our mobile team has established specific collaborations and projects with partners inside (and outside) the Brussels’ professional space.
Among others, we have created a strong partnership with organisations working with homeless people. This way we share our knowledge as disability experts with mainstream services and we lower the threshold for our target group.
Likewise, multiple partnerships and projects were set up for young people. For example, projects like Hou Me Los (“hold me loose”) and the Doorstroomhuis (“the transit house”) were created in close collaboration with different service providers for youngsters with a disability as well as with “Pleegzorg Vlaanderen” (Foster care in Flanders).

HUBBIE’S MOBILE TEAM IS HERE FOR YOU!
Hubbie’s mobile team offers psychosocial support to people with (a suspicion of) a disability. You will receive a personal assistant who meets you on a regular basis. We will discuss all your questions and take action together afterwards. We will put ourselves in your shoes to make this possible. We prefer to collaborate with your existing personal support system as much as possible. The assistance can be short or long term, as often as necessary.
