Our individual support workers help you organise your daily life
This service is available to adults with a disability or a suspected disability.
If you find it difficult to manage certain aspects of your daily life, we offer psychosocial support tailored to your needs. We start from your questions and goals, work with you step by step, and involve the people who support you whenever appropriate.
Our support can be short-term or long-term—as long as you need it.
You will be assigned a dedicated support worker whom you can meet with regularly to discuss the areas in which you would like support, such as:

Your personal assistant provides practical support with everyday life, both at home and on the go.
At Home
- Help with household tasks: cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and administrative tasks.

On the Go
- Support with transportation: accompanying you to medical appointments, activities, or visits to family and friends.
- Enjoying leisure time together: going for a walk, exploring the city, or taking a trip further afield.
