Our organisation

Welcome to Hubbie.

Hubbie is a Brussels-based organisation that supports people with disabilities. We are a community of more than 500 people in Brussels with a disability—or a suspected disability—supported by over 150 staff members and volunteers, together with a broad network of partner organisations.

In a complex city like Brussels, hope, opportunities and meaningful connections are not equally accessible to everyone. Together, we help make living, working and life in Brussels better. Our ambition is to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good quality of life. We believe in every person's ability to grow, develop their talents and shape their own future.

Together, we are building a city where everyone can confidently be themselves. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide the foundation for everything we do.

Extensive experience supporting diverse groups:

Adults and children with intellectual disabilities
Adults and children with physical and/or sensory disabilities
Adults and children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Adults and children with severe multiple disabilities, including intellectual and physical disabilities
